SHIPPING POLICY

At Sunny Bee Creative we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible. All non-customized orders will be processed within 3-5 business days, customized orders 5-10 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item(s) and we will do our best to make it right.

Please note that customized items are non-returnable. This is because these items are made to order and cannot be resold.

To initiate a return, please contact us via email and we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed. Once we receive the item(s), we will process your refund.
